Shalom chaverim (Peace my friends)

The pace of life and ministry has so increased that I feel the need to have a blog that will direct my friends & fans where to look so they can keep up.

In the next two weeks, I will be driving all over Oregon and Washington (state) to minister and visit my friends in the Pacific Northwest. Please, please, please come out and hear all the new music, the latest testimonies, and check out some of the Virtual Reality films I'm working on with Producer Alex Pearce

Exactly one month ago today I got the news that my little brother, Ed, had unexpectedly and very suddenly died of massive cardiac arrest. I'll do a separate blog to honor him, but I mention it here because the memorial services interrupted life in an unavoidable way. At the time, I was in a hotel in Los Angelos, and touring through California while very busy fulfilling the orders for everyone who had contributed to the Cultural Xchange crowd-funding drive that started in August of 2013 and went through 2014. I'm pretty sure that it's 97% done....but those last packages have still not been sent. I'm planning to get back to that and finish this coming week, as I have a few days in Oregon coming up. Several of the packages I sent out were returned because people had moved or some other reason...so if you haven't gotten your package yet, would you please write to us and let us know? Don't forget to include your address!!!

But for now, I'm still in Florida for the Succot holiday. It's been a tremendously good tour here for the last two weekends. I was able to re-connect with so many friends, in cities from Ft Lauderdale to Orlando, that I haven't seen in a while...many years for some of them. I had been going to Florida a bit too much a few years ago, and felt that I needed to go see the rest of America for a while. Thankfully, that season has ended and we'll be planning more time in Florida eventually.

The week before I arrived, I had been in California with my son, Film-maker Alex Pearce, and we were screening a documentary he Directed/Produced in Petra, Jordan called "The Rose City" about a bedouin girl named "Menal".  This is a VR-film (Virtual Reality) and if you've seen me in the last few months, you know I won't shut up about this amazing new technology that we're working in. In "The Rose City" you are transported to the ancient mystery city of Petra, Jordan as Menal talks very frankly about her arranged marriage and life as a woman in the Arabic culture. This film, and many more, will be made available on our new website at CulturalXchange.org

Last February, Alex and I shot for 20 days around Israel. We worked with the largest tourism company in the nation, IGT, and their top tour guide, Yoram Black, brought Alex around Jerusalem on his first day there, and they filmed a virtual tour, going to places from the Mount of Olives all the way through to the Tomb in 9 brief episodes combined into a program which we will release as "The Last Day of Jesus" with Yoram Black.  That was only the first day of twenty around Israel, and I promise that you will be utterly fascinated as your brain tells you that you are actually standing there as you experience this amazing new technology!  Again, we will make it available (free!) on our website in a very short time, so it would be a good idea to sign up for the mailing list on CulturalXchange.org to keep up with all that is coming in the next months.

Did you see Netanyahu speak at the United Nations? When he talked about the deafening silence, and then waited for someone to say something? Well, March of Remembrance and March of Life have always been about breaking the silence! This coming February, we are combining with March of Life to make a trip to Israel and represent people all over the world who stand with Israel to break this silence. And we have now adopted this message for our tour...."breaking the deafening silence" where we invite YOU to go with us to the Knesset in February to say YOU stand with Israel and that YOU will break the deafening silence wherever YOU go. Please join us on this tour, and also participate (or organize) a March of Remembrance on May 1, 2016
